KidTech is a company on a mission to shine a light on the world of money for kids and parents. The KidTech card and app are purpose-built for families. Parents get the tools they need to manage their kids’ money, while kids gain real-life lessons in earning, spending, saving, giving, and investing. KidTech plans start at $4.99 per month and include debit cards for up to five (5) kids. They provide debit cards for kids, not credit cards. Parents load money onto the card from their KidTech app, and since it’s a debit card, kids can’t spend more than what’s available. That’s a valuable life lesson!

With KidTech, parents have full control over their child’s financial activity through the app. They can instantly send money, receive real-time alerts of their kids' spending, turn the card on or off, and manage chores. Parents can also approve their child’s investments, automate allowances, set spending limits, and manage access and budgets for ATM withdrawals. Additionally, they can set parent-paid interest rates to encourage saving. On the other hand, kids can track their balances across Save, Earn, Invest, Spend, and Give accounts. They can receive money from friends and family, manage their own budgets, invest in stocks of their choice, and research their favorite companies. Kids can set savings goals, set up direct deposit for paychecks, and even use Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for purchases..
